Peter brings 27 years of experience developing and executing breakthrough business and product strategies to the C[IQ] Advisory Board. Peter is an entrepreneur and adviser in human performance related digital ventures that leverage big data. Peter was most recently CEO of WinForever, a venture-funded start-up in the sports/performance psychology and self-help space founded by NFL Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, where he led the company from concept to first commercial product in early 2013. Prior to that, Peter spent 25 years at Nike where he led all aspects of the Basketball business, quadrupled the Equipment business, restructured the Footwear business, and pioneered groundbreaking concepts such as the Nike+ Digital Sports and the Nike SPARQ Training program. Peter is a seasoned executive at innovating business processes and identifying and developing emerging market opportunities. He helps C[IQ] focus on being agile, adaptive, and growth-oriented, while monitoring the horizon of market innovators who leverage massive longitudinal data for customer engagement.
Tania brings 20+ years of experience in customer services, information technology and global business operations to the C[IQ] Advisory Board. Tania is currently the VP of Integrated Business Operations for Service Source. During the course of her career, Tania has held customer service and sales operations executive posts at Cloud 9, Cisco, Oracle, Siebel Systems and Salesforce.com, and served as a strategic adviser on software and business operations, process improvement and systems improvement to a variety of firms including Rearden Commerce, Sana Security and Six Apart. As an executive who has spent the better part of her career committed to improving the customer experience Tania helps ensure we keep our focus on customer-centric solutions.
Stacey is a brand strategy and marketing communications expert. She brings 30+ years of strategic leadership experience in both agency and consultative capacities to the C[IQ] Advisory Board. Stacey is President of Strategic Connections, a boutique consultancy providing clients with brand and marketing strategy advice with actionable directives to accelerate brand awareness, differentiation, affinity, and loyalty. Previously, Stacey was CEO of Publicis Dialog USA one of the first agencies in the U.S. to offer an integrated approach to brand, direct, promotional, event, and digital marketing. Prior to that she was COO of the EvansGroup. As the consummate holistic strategist, Stacey understands how important customer knowledge is from every touch point when developing strategies to galvanize customer behavior.
